As a Registered Psychotherapist. I focus on two main areas of practice: supporting teens, their parents and families; and helping individuals of all ages.
Prior to graduating from the Gestalt Institute of Toronto and becoming a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), I trained and worked as a professional opera singer for 10 years. I hold undergraduate degrees in music and psychology, as well as a Masters in Opera Performance from The Glenn Gould Professional School of Music of the Royal Conservatory of Music.
I have always been passionate about the not-for-profit sector. I first worked in fund development for several NPOs (arts/non-arts- related) before transitioning from fundraising to corporate sales (arts, travel, luxury sectors). I have lived and traveled extensively – most notably with years in Spain and Japan, but am happy to call Toronto my home.
